It is one of Perth Mint’s most popular programs and has since been released yearly.  The 2023 silver kangaroo is among the Perth Mint’s select January releases featuring a new Queen Elizabeth II memorial obverse design. The obverse features Her Late Majesty’s effigy as designed by Jody Clark and the dates of her reign (1952-2022) inscribed above.
